Ao instalar ou usar o Sheet Music App ("o app"), você concorda com estes Termos de Serviço. Se não concordar, não utilize o app.
2. Descrição do serviço
O app permite ler, organizar e montar listas de partituras em PDF armazenadas no seu dispositivo e, opcionalmente, importar arquivos do seu Google Drive em modo somente leitura. O app funciona localmente e não depende de servidores nossos.
3. Sua responsabilidade
Você é o único responsável pelos arquivos PDF que abre, importa e organiza no app.
Você declara ter o direito de usar esse conteúdo e deve respeitar as leis de direitos autorais aplicáveis.
Você é responsável por manter seu dispositivo e sua Conta Google seguros.
4. Conexão com o Google Drive
A conexão com o Google Drive é opcional e usa acesso somente leitura. O app não modifica seus arquivos. O uso dos serviços do Google está sujeito também aos termos do próprio Google. Consulte a Política de Privacidade para detalhes sobre o tratamento de dados.
5. Propriedade intelectual
O app, seu nome, logotipo e código pertencem ao desenvolvedor. As partituras e demais conteúdos que você adiciona continuam pertencendo a você (ou aos respectivos titulares de direitos) — não reivindicamos propriedade sobre eles.
6. Isenção de garantias
O app é fornecido "como está" e "conforme disponível", sem garantias de qualquer tipo, expressas ou implícitas. Não garantimos que o app estará sempre disponível, livre de erros ou compatível com todos os dispositivos.
7. Limitação de responsabilidade
Na máxima extensão permitida por lei, o desenvolvedor não se responsabiliza por perdas de dados, danos indiretos ou prejuízos decorrentes do uso ou da impossibilidade de uso do app. Mantenha cópias de segurança dos seus arquivos importantes.
8. Alterações nos termos
Podemos atualizar estes termos periodicamente. A data de "última atualização" indica a versão vigente. O uso contínuo do app após mudanças significa aceitação dos novos termos.

You represent that you have the right to use such content and must respect applicable copyright laws.
You are responsible for keeping your device and your Google Account secure.
4. Google Drive connection
The Google Drive connection is optional and uses read-only access. The app does not modify your files. Use of Google services is also subject to Google's own terms. See the Privacy Policy for details on data handling.
5. Intellectual property
The app, its name, logo and code belong to the developer. The sheet music and other content you add remain yours (or the respective rights holders') — we claim no ownership over them.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will always be available, error-free or compatible with every device.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for data loss, indirect damages or losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, the app. Keep backups of your important files.
8. Changes to the terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date indicates the current version. Continued use of the app after changes means acceptance of the new terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil.
